Fitness and health is a main part of my life, my philosophy being if your health goes and you get seriously sick it's all over on planet Earth. I keep very positive the glass is always half full with me. Talk about any subject matter that anyone wishes to discuss. So go for it whatever you like. My day is spent by doing project around my house building an modifying things particularly vintage furniture. Travel around a lot in my small compact motor home visiting historical towns museums etc speaking to locals don't smoke, drink occasionally enjoy Australia wine with dinner.
