I spend my time trying to keep decrepitude at bay by exercising on a regular basis, trying to eat healthy, keeping up with current events (although these days I prefer NOT to watch what is going on in my country ), &’maintaining close relationships with family/friends. Although I am 75, I am of sound mind & body, the latter not always cooperating like it used to. But I can still paddle with my dragonboat team, scubal, bike for hours (Fla. is flat ), hit the gym, play in the surf, & travel. Love reading, but am easily bored if author doesn’t captivate me in the 1st paragraph.That’s a hint.
