I am a self employed fitness instructor who, in addition to exercising, enjoys documentaries, audiobooks and reading (mostly non-fiction). I’m a throat cancer survivor (2022), father of 3 adult children and have 2 dogs and a cat. I’m a bit of an introvert so after a long day of training people having an online chat is usually my preferred way to connect with people. I think I have a good sense of humor, I am very curious and love to learn new things and I travel whenever I can. I like tattoos, running ultramarathons and rock music.
