I enjoy walking in nature and the water, especially the ocean. I am an avid reader and like to be well informed but not overwhelmed. I meditate and seek to be physically fit as well. I eat a healthy diet. My sons are the most important people in my life. All music is good as long as it is actually music:)I am an introvert who is learning to come out of her shell.
