Hello there !I used to be a textile designer, who made a carrier change to deal with food.I love to learn about all the habits and cultural stories related to culinary arts and food producing, from all over the world.Fermented products are my current passion : I experiment and read a lot, to improve my skills and spread this knowledge in France.I am especially interested in exchanging with people from east Asia (Japan, Korea, China... but not only !).The place were I live is surrounded by mountains, and I love hikking/camping a lot !
