Navrouz

Navrouz- celebration we celebrate at 21-24 of March. It is comparable with a New Year. Women wear their traditional dresses and cook Sumalak. It is a special dish. To cook it they take some of dry wheat and let it grow to a certain length and after boil it for few hours. It is a long process, where a big group of women attend.
