La Purisima

La Purisima is a religious celebration in Nicaragua. It takes place every year on the 7th december. People sing, pray and celebrate their faith. They make altars of the immaculate conception of maria in their homes. all the people in the neighborhood sing special songs for Maria and then they receive useful gifts, such as dishes, rice, beans, oranges and the children receive small toys
