“Año viejo” (Old year)

Se have the tradition of building puppets make from old clothes and newspapers that can usually represent someone in your family. Some also get creative and make very big sculptures out of paperboard to recreate famous characters from movies or celebrities. We burn then at 12 of clock in the last day of the year as a symbolism of leaving everything negative in the past and having a prosperous new year
